Belle employees volunteered at the WVU Extension Service Outdoor Classroom at Camp Virgil Tate. Our volunteers spent the day leading fourth grade students through the Belle STEM station that focused on liquid stacking through a make your own lava lamp activity. Belle volunteers taught students about liquid density. Over 165 students participated from Belle Elementary, Cedar Grove Elementary, Chesapeake Elementary, Malden Elementary, Mary Ingles Elementary, and Pratt Elementary schools. All students were given a copy of the 'The Things We Make' coloring book created by Carver Graphic Design students.
